• The school is not responsible for any loss, damage or inconvenience arising directly or indirectly due to the decline of authorization for any transaction by your bank, card issuer or payment gateway.
• Fees once paid will be recorded against the respective student's account and reflected in the school's internal records and statements.
• It is the responsibility of the user to ensure that all information entered during the payment process (student details, amount, contact details, etc.) is accurate and complete.
• The school reserves the right to modify, update or change these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page.

• Personal and payment data may be shared with Razorpay and its partner banks or service providers strictly for the purpose of processing and verifying transactions, or as required by applicable law.
• Payment details are securely processed through Razorpay's payment gateway. Card numbers, CVV and sensitive payment credentials are not stored on the school's servers.
• We implement reasonable security practices and procedures to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. However, users are advised to keep their devices and network secure while making online payments.

• All fee payments made through this portal are considered final and non-refundable, except in cases of duplicate payment or clearly established transaction errors.
• For any refund request, parents/guardians must send an email to itsupport@nationalmodel.in with student details, proof of payment and a brief explanation of the issue.
• Valid refund requests, once verified and approved by the school administration, will be processed within 7-10 working days. The actual credit to your bank account or card depends on your bank's internal processes.
• Refunds, where applicable, will generally be made through the same mode of payment that was used for the original transaction.

• Once a fee payment has been successfully completed through the online payment gateway, cancellation of that transaction is not permitted from the user end.
• In the event of multiple payments, duplicate charges or obvious transaction errors, the school may initiate a refund after internal verification. Parents/guardians should promptly notify the school with relevant transaction details.
• Cancellations and refunds are not applicable for partial payments, installment plans or fees that are governed by separate admission/withdrawal policies of the school.
